2. Examine your Workflows
From the Workflow menu, ensure that each reminder situation contains the required number of action steps to trigger according to the customer’s level of delay, and that their sequence follows a logical order.
You can also review the triggering priorities of scenarios, according to your criteria.
3. Link SideGroups to Workflows
Click on the SideGroups – Workflows menu to see which collection SideGroups and collection scenarios are linked.
To modify the Workflow attached to a SideGroup, click on the name of the Workflow currently attached to the SideGroup, then select the new Workflow to assign in the selection window which appears.
To detach a Workflow from a SideGroup, check the box corresponding to the SideGroup you wish to detach, then click on the Unlink Workflow button.
“Not assigned” is used to indicate Workflows which have not been assigned to any SideGroup.
