Sidetrade Group is currently looking to recruit a SalesForce Manager to support its growing software solutions business.
The SalesForce CRM Manager is obsessive about Salesforce and will have extensive management & leadership experience within a Salesforce.com environment, with proven experience of working through the requirement, design, development, QA & UAT testing, implementing and delivering cycles.
Sidetrade Group is currently undergoing a period of change following the acquisition of 3 companies in the past 8 months. These acquired companies also have SFDC instances and an immediate requirement of the role is to be accountable for the consolidation of these instances, both from a technical and functional perspective.
How You’ll Contribute
Reporting to the System Solutions Manager, the role can be based in any one of Sidetrades European offices. The Salesforce CRM Manager will plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities related to the design, development, and implementation of the Salesforce software application, whilst also managing a small team of SalesForce Developers & data administrators.
The SalesForce Manager will be responsible for the following areas within the business.
Managing the strategic direction of Salesforce while maximizing the full value of the product
Acts as the main business contact between Sidetrade and any 3rd party support integrators.
Oversees that Salesforce projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues
Manages the complete lifecycle of projects within the team; including gathering requirements, database management, software development, testing, implementation, user follow up, support and projects
Manages the integrity, and changes to the Salesforce application which may include other systems linking into Salesforce
Oversees the development and implementation of change control processes for the Salesforce team to follow and ensuring best practice processes used for all system configuration
The Salesforce Manager must oversee the collaboration of analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of new functionally within Salesforce or other sub systems
Manages and provides direction for the Salesforce team in support of business operations
Provides Salesforce knowledge leadership to members of various project teams
Provides ad-hoc reporting and decision support required for management decision processes, strong resources and capacity planning experiences
Manages and enforces functional policies, procedures, and quality assure best practices
Manages the preparation and monitoring of budgets when necessary as directed by the Systems Solutions Manager or the Head of IT.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities / Competencies
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related fields
A minimum of 3+ years’ experience manging end-to-end Salesforce implementations, preferably with experience in
Salesforce Certifications desirable
Great communications skill (Both written and verbal)
Experience in Marketing automation solutions, preferably Marketo.
Project and change management experience essential
Fluent in English with French language desirable
Flexibility to travel is essential for this role
