You will manage a proactive and results driven team of Business Development (BDR) and Sales Development Reps (SDR) that are responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their territory. They generate new business opportunities to fuel sales pipeline by conducting strategic research and cold calling. You will play a key role as you lead this visible and motivated team. You’ll be a valuable contributor to the Go to Market strategy while providing action plan to achieve company objectives.
Hire, Train, Coach and Manage a multicultural team of BDR’s and SDR’s
Design and implement a scalable training program and materials for new BDR/SDRs
Ensure continuous improvement of BDRs by driving key activity and productivity metrics
Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management working with latest technologies (Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and IKO System)
Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular feedback sessions, and creative incentives
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities / Competencies
5+ years of experience in sales development management, preferably selling enterprise applications, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations
Proven experience successfully building, managing, coaching and developing an international sales development team
Competitive, numbers driven and results oriented
Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
Fluent English, a second European language will be a plus (French, Dutch)
Business Degree Preferred
