What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. You will oversee a portfolio of assigned Sidetrade customers, developing new business from existing clients.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
Manage the commercial relationship of a large accounts portfolio
Define account plans in order to detect business opportunities
Minor the churn, conduct contract renewal discussions and negotiations
Quota carrier (new subscription and services)
Collaborate with our sales team
Effectively network within accounts from C-level down to the execution level
Identify client issues or concerns and coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide solutions.
Develop adoption and customer satisfaction
Who you are?
5+ years experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
Experience Business Software (CRM, ERP, Analytics)
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
Knowledge of CRM software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Willing to travel
Fluent in both French and English
BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant Field
